Outreach Officer

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to identify potential clients within the community.
- Establish and maintain relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and carers, providing them with information about our services.
- Work closely with local organizations, health care providers, and community groups to promote our services and identify referral opportunities.
- Attend community events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about our services and the NDIS.
- Provide feedback to the management team on community needs and preferences, helping to tailor our services to better meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in compliance with privacy and NDIS regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the disability, community services, or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the community.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
