Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to identify potential clients within the community.
• Establish and maintain relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and carers, providing them with information about our services.
• Work closely with local organizations, health care providers, and community groups to promote our services and identify referral opportunities.
• Attend community events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about our services and the NDIS.
• Provide feedback to the management team on community needs and preferences, helping to tailor our services to better meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in compliance with privacy and NDIS regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the disability, community services, or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the community.
