With a passion for quality and innovation, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and a seamless online shopping experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and creative Online Sales Manager and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As the Online Sales Manager and Marketing Creative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and executing strategic marketing initiatives for the online website. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, optimizing sales, and creating engaging marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize conversion rates.
- To consult and assist customers with their purchases
- Manage online orders
- Manage and optimize the camera website's user experience and navigation.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels and analyse new and current marketing trends
- Create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing content.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an Online Sales Manager or assistant, Marketing Specialist, or similar roles
- Some knowledge of cameras, lenses, and photography equipment.
- Understanding of online sales platforms, e-commerce strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and photography.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
