As we continue to grow, we are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented sales consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission to becoming the hub for photographers.

Job Description: As a sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in fostering the passion for photography and assisting customers in their creative endeavors. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help customers choose the right equipment and products to capture and cherish their precious memories. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also contribute to creating a welcoming environment and supporting general store duties with our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Embody our company mission by inspiring and assisting customers at all stages of their photography journey.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers
- Understand customers' photography aspirations and guide them in selecting suitable equipment, accessories, and services required
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, showcasing products and promoting creativity.
- Collaborate with the store team to contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering on our mission.
- Stay updated on the latest photography trends, equipment advancements, and industry knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to general store duties, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
- Uphold our company values and foster a positive and inclusive culture within the store.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a genuine desire to inspire and guide customers.
- Some photographic knowledge / interest
- Ability to provide expert advice and recommendations based on customer needs and aspirations.
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactions and inventory management tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle various responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
