The Lifestyle Department at Holmesglen Institute is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teacher in Beauty Services. In this role, you will develop, implement and facilitate contemporary, evidence-based teaching and learning methodologies to maximise student learning outcomes within the SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services qualification.

Your expertise will also extend to meeting contractual and funding agreement requirements, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in education. As a key participant in the learning process, you will engage with students from course inquiry through to assessment, tailoring your approach to individual educational needs.

Exemplifying exceptional customer service, you will collaborate seamlessly within a team, engaging in various course and coordination activities. Your involvement will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department, aligning with our commitment to achieving optimal learning outcomes for students.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in implementing latest training and assessment strategies to meet student and course requirements.
- Relevant industry qualification and an understanding of contemporary teaching and learning methodologies.
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.

Holmesglen is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Educator to deliver the SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services program to VETdss students. This program is delivered part-time over 2 years at our Moorabbin campus. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing appropriate learning strategies, assessments, course materials and resources, and developing professional relationships within the Beauty Services industries.
