**About the Role**

The ESG Manager is a **permanent full-time** position.

At Cromwell, we are committed to being an industry leader in ESG. We have embarked on our journey to decarbonise the business and meet our net zero scope 1 and 2 missions by 2035, and scope 3 by 2045. We've also developed our Sustainable Finance Framework and our initiation of green loans will help ensure we deliver on our targets and advance ESG within the broader commercial property sector, not just internally. We've endorsed the UNPRI and committed to full TCFD alignment by 2025. As we set our sights on FY24, we are eager to deepen our dedication to ESG and we need you to help us achieve it.

Reporting into the Australian Executive team, via the Head of Property Operations, you'll collaborate across the business to achieve ESG targets and to ensure we meet all reporting obligations and likewise you will champion ESG initiatives across the business and foster a culture of sustainability and resilience.
