**_Location - Gold Coast, Queensland_**

**The Key Responsibilites**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors and other commercial clients.

Present, promote and sell flooring products and services to existing and prospective clients.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical advice on flooring solutions.

Create and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, and negotiate contracts as needed.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system.

Attend trade shows, conferences and other industry events to network and build relationships with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on flooring solutions.

Strong understanding of flooring products, materials and installation processes.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and a CRM system.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as required.
