**The Company**
This highly successful and fast growing Brisbane home builder is going from strength to strength. Wanting to retain their award winning reputation they now have an immediate need for an experienced ArchiCAD drafter to join their dynamic team.

**The Role**
This position will see you preparing preliminary sketches & coordinating designs, liaising with Council and consultants and having a good understanding of the Building Codes of Australia. You will be able to produce detailed documentation of Site/Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Details, Electrical, Kitchen, Storm Water Plan, Soil & Sediment Control Plan and Shadow Diagrams. You will form part of a tight knit drafting and design team that will work closely with the construction side of the business.

**The Requirements**
You will have extensive experience in drafting having worked for a house builder or building design/architectural practice in a similar role. Qualifications in drafting or design will be highly regarded as well as experience using ArchiCAD.
