**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Take charge of developing and executing the supply chain strategy, aligning it seamlessly with the company's overall business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and elevate operational efficiency.
- **End-to-End Operations**: Oversee all facets of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier relationships. Streamline processes to ensure timely product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- **Team Management**: Lead and inspire a high-performing supply chain team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- **Partnership Development**: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as production, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless integration across all business functions. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors to drive mutual growth and success.
- **Technology and Analytics**: Leverage cutting-edge technology and data analytics to gain valuable insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Implement advanced supply chain systems and tools to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a profound understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and empowering a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
