**About the company**:
Intro Recruitment Professional Solutions has partnered with one of Australia’s leading telecommunication integrators who design, install and commission communications infrastructure and equipment for complete brownfield and greenfield projects for the industrial, construction, government, transport, and security industries Australia-wide.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the State Manager, this position is responsible for sourcing new business, processing sales, and account management within an allocated vertical market in Victoria. You will need to be proactive, highly customer focussed, and have an interest and willingness to expand the customer’s knowledge of products, services, and solutions. The role will develop, implement, and manage the account(s) strategy focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This will also include coordinating the sales activities and managing resolutions of specific customer problems.

**Duties**:
You will be working with a well-established account management & sales team, and will be provided with an established customer base to continue building on the following key objectives;
- Manage customers and database once the sales relationship is established.
- Ensure business revenue targets are met with customers.
- Be involved in sales strategy planning to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Consistently keep the management team informed of the status of accounts.
- Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects.
- Continually maintain a high level of service and a superior experience between the business and their clients.
- Ensure regular interactions with customers to understand their needs, expand service and rental opportunities, and upsell other business offerings or capabilities.
- Qualify customer needs and engage the client with suitable products to support required outcomes.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a technical or complex solutions sales role
- A network of contacts at executive or senior management level is desirable.
- Existing radio and telecommunication product experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form long term client relationships
- Strong writing skills and high level of aptitude re: tender responses
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and implement technical solutions with management and user groups
- Familiar in fast paced, dynamic environment requiring swift response times.
- Proven ability to work alongside technical teams
- Exceptional customer service and customer advocacy skills
- Ownership and responsibility in the role
- Driven and motivated to excel
- Accurate reporting and forecasting of opportunities
