**The Portfolio & Support**
- Work alongside a collaborative team of PMS who have longevity within the company - averaging 8 x years
- Outsourced circa 70% of inspections and all PCRS
- Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow
- As the portfolio grows you will be entitled to earn extra bonuses

**You will have...**
- Approx 1 x years Assistant Property Management experience working alongside a PM or team of PMS
- Full portfolio management experience - ideally 2 x years
- Outgoing, bubbly and personable nature
- A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humour
- Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
