The Portfolio & Support

  • Work alongside a collaborative team of PMS who have longevity within the company averaging 8 x years
  • Outsourced circa 70% of inspections and all PCRS
  • Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow
  • As the portfolio grows you will be entitled to earn extra bonuses

You will have...

  • Approx 1 x years Assistant Property Management experience working alongside a PM or team of PMS
  • Full portfolio management experience ideally 2 x years
  • Outgoing, bubbly and personable nature
  • A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humour
  • Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
