We are a well established market leader in the Glass Industry. Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass. We cover all aspects of glazing and installation of aluminium shopfronts, office partitions, windows and doors on commercial sites and luxury residential homes.

A new position is available for an experienced Aluminium and Glass Installer to mentor and lead our team to complete projects. This permanent full time position offers a mix of work each day on a range of sites around Sydney and is well suited to someone who loves taking the lead and seeing their quality work completed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years working with glass and aluminium
- Site experience within the building and construction industry
- The ability to lead people
- A positive solution focused attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to be held accountable for the responsibilities of your work
- Current manual driver’s license
- Qualified tradesperson
- Thorough understanding of Alspec commercial extrusions
- Fabrication experience
- Experience with frameless glass installations
- A good knowledge of building practices, Australian Standards, BCA codes
- The ability to read architectural drawings and details
