**About the Role**
A well-established company, specialising in design and construction of plumbing services in large projects, is looking to add another CAD drafter to their team

With many high-profile projects completed in their 20 + years in the industry, this is a great opportunity to work with an established organisation that has significant career growth opportunities.

With an exciting pipeline of projects already awaiting, you will be joining a small friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- CAD drafting using AutoCAD software
- Document control
- Preparation of design documentation
- Design support and coordination
- Penetration drawings
- Management of council approvals

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experienced in AutoCAD 2D drafting essential
- Preferred 5 years’ experience in building services drafting, CAD and/or Revit Drafter
- Highly regarded will be Revit modelling - preparation of development of 3D modelling of hydraulic services and hydraulic services design capability
- Experienced in building services documentation
- Organised and self-disciplined
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Strong communication and organisation skills
