We wish to complement our existing team with a Laboratory Manager within our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business delivering road infrastructure projects across South Australia and Northern Territory. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- To manage the operation of the laboratory in accordance with Fulton Hogan Company Safety, Quality, Environmental and other policies- Overseeing the NATA requirements for asphalt, binders and emulsion laboratories and maintain the NATA Accreditation of all central laboratories- To engage, train, lead, develop and ensure relevant certification is held by laboratory staff- Initiate and drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations- Review targets, costs and work procedures regularly to ensure tasks are being carried out effectively and efficiently.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Bachelor in engineering or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or related qualification- Minimum of 5 years full time experience in construction materials testing- Strong knowledge of NATA’s requirements, Australian standards and local road authorities- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and knowledge of QestLab would be an advantage- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
