**To be successful you must**:

- Previous experience in the hair/beauty industry preferred but not essential
- Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Have experience in sales and leadership
- Be motivated and have a great eye for detail

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work with your store manager to lead your team success
- Confidently assist customers with their hair & beauty needs
- Restocking shelves and displays
- Housekeeping and maintenance of the store
- Assisting with general administration duties
