**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a people person with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional first impressions? We're seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our on-site team in North Ryde to elevate our workplace experience to new heights We’re delivering integrated facilities management services to a global technologies client.
**Overview of the role**:
Manage reception area, greeting visitors with a warm smile
Handle mail dispatch, receipt, and internal distribution
Support operational activities like room set-ups and floor inspections
Process vendor work permits, including safe work method statements
Oversee occupancy services for room bookings and employee registration
Manage visitor experiences and badge administration
Allocate lockers and handle general inquiries
Perform printing and photocopying tasks
Answer incoming calls professionally

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and reception management software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
