**About the Role**:
We have an opportunity at our brand new Gepps Cross branch for a trade qualified Diesel Mechanic.

A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere construction & forestry and Vermeer construction & civil.

This is a workshop based role and will entail from general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly and prep for sale.

You will get the opportunity to work on:

- Excavators, Dozers, graders
- Wood chippers, skid steer loaders, vacuum units
- Major repairs to other OEM products

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Previous experience of engine overhauls and major repairs including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
- A current and valid driver’s licence
- Strong customer service focus and dedicated work ethic.
- A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environment.
- Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
