**About the Role**

Quay Consulting is looking for a seasoned Communications Manager to develop a multi-stream communications strategy and a hierarchy of communications to provide an optimal level of engagement with all internal audiences throughout our client’s organisation including third parties, to ensure business outcomes are achieved.

**_Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_**

Required to establish an internal communications strategy and plan to support the business strategy, initiatives and objectives, especially around a large program of Change.

Required to develop and deliver targeted, engaging internal communications strategies and plans.

Provide strategic communication advice and support to executive and senior decision makers around key organisational initiatives, performance and issues.

Required to communicate effectively with the project sponsor to solve problems and course correct, to ensure improvements in delivery to customer needs are identified and implemented.

**What does success look like?**
- You will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing and Communications, Business Management or related qualification and experience.
- Superior communication skills including excellent grammar, editing and proof-reading skills.
- You will have experience in a results oriented corporate environment, developing effective internal communications strategies, plans and materials.
- Ability to independently build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, this will be crucial.
- You will have a proven track-record of developing a range of communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, videos, intranet copy, speeches, memos etc. as well as coordinating events and running workshops where required.
- Proven ability and proficiency in ensuring work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
