Join our innovative Enterprise Technology team on a 12-month contract, as we continue our journey to build new services in a cloud-first ecosystem, using product development principles to support the delivery of the Group Treasury End-to-End Transformation program. You will collaborate with and coordinate various engineering squads to ensure compliance with the release management framework to achieve program objectives. You will conduct milestone and release readiness reviews, including business go/no-go assessments. You will manage risk and escalated issues, help ensure value delivery and help drive relentless improvement. You will establish technology operating model for release management, across non-production and production and hand it over to BAU. You will have an Agile mindset and a keen interest in software development lifecycle across a range of technologies. Your growth mindset with a passion for learning and ability to quickly pick up new technologies will be key to your success.

We anticipate that to excel in this role you will be / have:

- skills and experience with cloud computing concepts (preferably AWS) and big data platforms
- DevOps experience, including CI/CD practices
- skills and experience using Linux
- experience in formulating and running release management processes
- advanced skills and proven experience in collaborating with and coordinating business-focused and technical engineering teams to drive outcomes within committed timelines
- extensive experience in facilitating stakeholder input, documenting and obtaining endorsement of key artefacts (eg release strategy)
- experienced in using collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence
- comfortable taking ownership of risks and issues and driving mitigation/resolution
- advanced communication skills to align business and technology stakeholders
