An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Work, Health & Safety Coordinator** to join Brandbank. This role will provide coordination and overall support to the Group WHS Manager in delivering and ensuring WHS compliance is in line with internal process and procedures

**THE ROLE**:

- Implementation of WHS Strategies and WHS Management System with Brandbank and any new Brand acquisitions
- The resolution of WHS issues, hazards and risks
- Ensuring compliance with incident reporting and follow up with non-compliances.
- Coordination of injuries and compensation claims, under direction of WHS Manager
- Assist with WHS implementation and project coordination i.e.. Preparing documents, liaising with new brands, coaching and guidance
- Assist with Covid management and administration
- Triage and respond to enquiries in safety inbox
- Assist with coordination of Health and Wellbeing program
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, including injury register, training records etc
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, as necessary.
- Recommend remedies to identified risks & hazards.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Work Health & Safety or Workers Compensation (Return to Work) training or certification will be highly regarded
- Experience in a retail environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in coordination and multi-tasking
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent time management, organisation and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Sound Knowledge of workers compensation claim lodgement & claim managements process
- Experience or the ability to learn and work with a range of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word & Outlook, MS Forms, SharePoint preferred.
