We are seeking an Admin Support professional with 3 - 5 years' experience to join our Member Services Team. This role involves providing effective administration support to the Committee Secretaries, including agenda preparation, minute drafting, document posting, and offering general secretariat support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute Program communications and maintain accurate information related to committees, working groups, and stakeholders.
- Administer and monitor stakeholder engagement using various platforms.
- Support stakeholder inbound reporting process.
- Assist with member and stakeholder events.
- Provide document management support across the Member Services Team.
- Offer administrative support for Quality Assurance functions and the Success Framework.
- Conduct research, documentation, and other project tasks as assigned.
- Provide secretariat support to the Member Services Team in collaboration with the Committee Secretariat role.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in admin support or a similar role (preferably in Financial Services or Legal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including MS Teams and SharePoint.
