**What is unique about you?**:
You are a dynamic team assistant who can hit the ground running with any role, fitting right into any team as you will be supporting a team of 7-9 financial consultants. Being switched on and proactive is second nature to you and dealing with multiple partners and working styles are challenges that you thrive on as you are flexible and easily adaptable You are skilled in prioritising your workload and tending to any last-minute admin requests of the team. This role is perfect for an experienced Team Assistant who is passionate about one day stepping into an Executive Assistant career. As a positive and friendly person with a good sense of humour, you can quicky form great relationships with the team who enjoy making each day at work enjoyable. Being curious, passionate and driven will ensure that you fit right into this diverse and supportive team
**A snapshot of your role.**:
- Manage the team and office diary as you organise various meetings across time zones with the overseas department teams and clients
- Organise travel arrangements for the team, agendas and itineraries along with booking various restaurants and venues for client meetings
- Collate information and research for reports and presentations for the team
- Oversee general office maintenance including maintaining supplies and stationery, ensuring meetings rooms are ready and greeting all clients
- Maintain excellent stakeholder management and engagement with complete confidentiality
