We are looking for Swim Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through teaching them how to swim. At Y Learn and Swim, we believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable. As part of the Y Ballarat, you will have access to structured support, leadership, and shared services functions, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop in your role.

**Pay**:
We offer a competitive salary, starting at $26.42 per hour for part time swim teachers. We also have sign on **bonuses and incentives worth $1000** that include:
If you complete a minimum of 2 shifts per week, we will pay the following bonuses:

- $250 - after 6 months of employment
- $250 - after a further 6 months of employment

We will also pay for you to obtain the following qualifications:

- Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety course valued at $385.
- First Aid Certificate valued at $165.

**Role: Swim Teachers**

**Job Type**: Part time

**Start Date**: ASAP.

**Required Qualification**:
A willingness to obtain or a current qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (SISSS00112).

A willingness to obtain or a current qualification in Teacher of Infant and Pre-school Aquatics (SISCAQU011).

A willingness to obtain or a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012).

The successful applicants will be required to undertake a National Police Check and maintain a valid employment Working with Children Check whilst employed in this position.

Prior to being appointed to this position it is required that there is a full disclosure of any pre-existing injuries or disease that might be affected by employment in this position. You must have Australian work rights.
