**About the position**
This position provides administrative assistance and support to a busy team. We are seeking an administrative professional with strong teamwork, customer service and organisational skills.
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for:
- Filing, Scanning, Mail
- Office and Stationary Ordering
- Answering phone calls
- Computer file organisation
- Organise Staff and Education Meetings
- Organising meetings for the Director
- General day to day office duties.
**About you**
As a member of the Godrich Health Care team, you will work in an environment with changing priorities and at times tight timeframes. As such, applicants must be able to demonstrate through their CV and covering letter that they meet the following capabilities:
1. Have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
2. Be a quick learner, adaptable and able to cope with multi-tasking.
3. Have a positive and proactive approach to work.
All employees of Godrich Health Care are required to have or willing to provide a National Police Clearance no older than 6 months and have the right to work in Australia.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week
**Salary**: $32.00 per hour
