We are seeking a talented individual to join our client as a Bookkeeper/Finance officer who can excel under pressure and maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Daily bank reconciliation entries and reconcile all bank accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial decision-making
- Create new supplier accounts and edit existing
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll in a timely manner
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong Financial Accounting technical skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
