**The Opportunity**

As an Office Manager you will provide key support to the office and become a ‘go-to’ person for support across the team

**The Role**
This newly created role will play a pivotal part in providing essential operational support to the Leadership team of this architectural studio, as well as contributing to the management and growth of their administration team. We are eager to find a vibrant individual who is self-starter and can help take this studio to the next level. Reporting to the Directors, you will be supporting and managing the day to day running of the office. This dynamic role will suit someone who is driven and highly organised, organising diaries, and coordinating external correspondence. Other key responsibilities will include:

- Acting as central administrative support, ensuring that all office amenities, supplies, and facilities are maintained to a high standard, and day to day office management is seamless and reliable.
- First experience with office visitors, external partners, new team members and so on. (This is via answering phones; welcoming visitors; interacting with sub consultants and suppliers; assisting with onboarding new recruits; etc).
- Key oversight of the HR operations of the business.
- Providing support to the leadership team i.e., project assistance, day to day project and office management and troubleshooting; meeting and event management; etc.
- Assisting the Bid Managers and regional leaders by monitoring tender websites, the distribution of tenders to tender leads, managing tender workflow dashboard, and assistance with preparation of tender responses.
- Assist all team members with regular queries around IT support (escalation), travel and general operations.
