**Job Overview**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conducting daily checks on card payment gateways and bank accounts
- Processing customer deposits and withdrawals via card payment gateways and bank transfers
- Performing periodic payment gateway and bank account reconciliations
- Performing daily and monthly Client Money reconciliations in accordance with ASIC’s Client Money Rules & other applicable client money regulations

**Preferred qualifications**
- AFSL holder or other Financial Services business is highly regarded

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to demonstrate clear attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset and dedication to high quality work.
- Must be a confident in communicating to clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new processes and systems.
- Well-organised and proactive with good time management, and able to work in a dynamic organisation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient across Microsoft Office products
- Interest/experience in financial markets
