Boutique's Client is a leading financial firm growing from strength to strength. Based in the heart of the Double Bay.

**About the Role**:
The role requires office support and assistance for the Marketing Team Monday to Friday full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of the Front Office
- Manage all reception duties, including the telephone and switchboard
- Meet and greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Arrange and serve beverages and catering at all meetings and functions
- provide administrative support for Central Real
- Order office supplies
- Maintain and order kitchen supplies, inclusive of set up
and clean-up of coffee machines in all business
kitchens
- Report any defects and maintenance issues. Follow up
to ensure rectification is satisfactorily completed
- Management of Central Real mail to Teams/Clients
- Maintain, improve, and encourage compliance with
office policy manuals and procedures
- Co-ordinate client meetings, including agendas and
attachments are circulated and available
- Coordinate Combined Team Meetings, including
agendas
- Assist with internal and external events
- Update the marketing content and event calendar
- Update the company website when required
- Assist with presentations in PowerPoint and Canva
- Assist with market research
- Database entry

**About you**:

- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience as an accomplished and professional Office
Assistant
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to plan and prioritize work assignments
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- A motivated self-starter
- Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)
