As the first point of contact for our clients, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders, this role offers a diverse array of tasks every day
**The role**
This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional to deliver efficient, high-quality customer service while managing front office reception duties and related administrative tasks.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet office visitors and clients
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Manage building access cards and visitor access
- Manage outbound/inbound local, domestic and international courier bookings
- Office stationery management
- Office food and beverage catering
- Purchase Orders
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Ordering PPE and uniforms
- Booking medicals for site work
- Other adhoc administrative tasks that arise including word processing, formatting, photocopying, binding and laminating.
**About you**
We'd love for you to have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role where you've managed a reception desk and provided administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. Being proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite is also important.
If you have a strong focus on customer service, delivery, and quality, along with high attention to detail, you'll fit right in Great time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills are also qualities we're looking for.
