Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet workforce capability needs and challenges
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing an enhanced recruitment framework, systems and processes
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing employer brand and Employee Value Proposition EVP
- Supporting, inspiring, developing and coaching the Talent Acquisition team
- Liaising with stakeholders to implement our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion milestones and strategies
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring reporting to senior managers

About you:

- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a recruitment leadership role, including designing and/or implementing a talent acquisition strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading an internal recruitment team with a strong focus on coaching, development, and operational excellence
- Demonstrated experience creating efficiencies and automation in recruitment processes
- Disability, aged care or community services experience ideal but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence
- Positive and energetic approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
