**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
Your role as Change Manager will be instrumental in supporting Coal LSL through a variety of change initiatives and delivering an uplift in capability in order to drive organisational success. You will be supporting project teams and leaders to effectively manage the people side of change and embed strong change management practices across the organisation.
You will:
- Develop change management strategies and plans to guide how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change
- Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and liaise with key stakeholders regarding our change program
- Coach and support project teams, managers and team leaders to proactively lead through change associated with strategic initiatives and projects
- Integrate change management processes and activities into project plans to add value and deliver positive business outcomes and people experiences.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate and engaging change practitioner with experience working across transformation change initiatives; leading, supporting and coaching a variety of stakeholders. You will be well versed in the human elements of change management and have a strong working knowledge of change methodologies and principles.
Your background will demonstrate:
- Your experience in planning, reviewing, reporting and implementing change management activities across a variety of projects
- Strong communication skills and an ability to persuade and influence a variety of stakeholders
- An understanding of a variety of change management and project management methodologies such as PROSCI and Agile
- Your ability to work across a variety of projects and teams to embed change and deliver organisational value
- Your experience in working across multiple projects and initiatives coupled with the ability and desire to think both strategically and pragmatically about delivering change.
You will hold formal qualifications and/or certifications in Change Management or equivalent demonstrated work experience. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a related discipline such as Social Science, Psychology, Communication Management, HR and/or Business Administration.
