**Duties**
- Communicate in a professional, proactive, and effective manner
- Internal & external stakeholder engagement
- Administration, data entry and document management
- Work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and staff members

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in quality customer service
- Experience in a call centre environment (desirable)
- Ability to effectively self-manage
- Demonstrated working knowledge of booking systems, CRM software and customer databases
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Current WWCC (employee) or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
