**The Role**

For diversity our clients are also running 10,000 merino wethers for a wool production enterprise on the remaining 4000 hectares. Easy stock movements are accommodated for, with over 40 kms of new fencing and laneway systems alongside three well maintained shearing sheds, spread out over multiple farms. Water is largely well set up with dams servicing 70% of the paddocks. The remaining paddocks have windmills and solar set up bores or saucer tanks facilitating them. Drillers have dug and equip seven new bores in the last four years.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be involved in both aspects of this established enterprise. Daily tasks would include all facets of animal husbandry in helping manage their trading enterprise and all components of cropping.

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Drenching
- Assisting associate duties with Shearing & Crutching
- Checking waters
- Property maintenance e.g. Fencing & infrastructure developments
- Sowing
- Spreading
- Spraying
- Harvest

**The Offer**

Included with an above award and generous salary, there is a 3 bedroom house located on the main farm available to the successful applicant. A work vehicle will be provided, as well as an electricity allowance. There is Telstra service at the homestead and across most of the property.

With the town of Moora being only a 20 minute drive, enjoy all the comforts of town with roadside school bus stop, mail delivery and rubbish pickup. Moora itself has plenty of necessary facilities and social opportunities with a variety of local sporting teams, a swimming pool and a gym. All within an easy drive of the coast or Perth.

- Have prior experience working with sheep
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient workplace
- Be honest, and have a desire to work and be rewarded for it
- Have an easy-going disposition and willingness to learn
- Have prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Be willing to step up and take responsibility
