Gym Receptionist

Elevate 24:7 Fitness is a Brand New multi-million-dollar large format fitness club opening in CRAIGIBURN, VIC.

We are currently seeking energetic, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team at **CRAIGIEBURN, VIC**

The **Full-time **role will be for Reception/Customer Service.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Customer Service and Reception - Greeting, being welcoming and friendly to our guests, members and staff.
- General reception duties having exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Assisting in stock take and other admin responsibilities as required.
- Membership and Retail Sales.
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym - Making sure both the gym and retail store is clean.
- Reporting any maintenance issues that need attention.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Have previous customer service experience
- Passion for health and fitness
- A positive friendly ‘can do’ attitude
- A highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
- Have strong PC literacy and admin skills

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Level 2 First Aid and CPR
- Police Check

**Schedule**:

- 10pm - 6am

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
