We are currently seeking energetic, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team at
CRAIGIEBURN, VIC
The
Full-time role will be for Reception/Customer Service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service and Reception
• Greeting, being welcoming and friendly to our guests, members and staff.
• General reception duties having exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Assisting in stock take and other admin responsibilities as required.
• Membership and Retail Sales.
• Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
• General cleaning and maintenance of the gym
• Making sure both the gym and retail store is clean.
• Reporting any maintenance issues that need attention.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Passion for health and fitness
• A positive friendly 'can do' attitude
• A highly motivated team player with the ability to multitask
• Have strong PC literacy and admin skills

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong PC literacy and administration skills
• Level 2 First Aid and CPR
• Police Check
