Full training will be provided and you will receive ongoing support and guidance to develop your skills and ensure your success.

**What is Required of a Field Manager**:

- Be a natural team leader.
- Be reliable & enjoy the responsibility of managing a team
- Have sound computer skills
- Have good written & spoken English
- Be fit and able to walk a few hours a day
- Have a reliable car & driver’s license
- Enjoy working independently, but as part of a team
