Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for the Demolition Course, covering various aspects of demolition practices, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating a range of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to demolition practices, incorporating them into course content as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to continuously enhance the course curriculum and instructional methods.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that adheres to industryspecific safety protocols and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, assisting with career development and job placement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Must hold Demolition Supervisor Qualifications
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • CPC CERTIFICATE III IN DEMOLITION as well
  • Extensive experience in the field of demolition, with comprehensive knowledge of demolition practices, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in demolition or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training and assessment, preferably in a vocational or technical education setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying skill levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using instructional technology and software for course delivery and assessments.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
