Talent Focus are working with a leading Australian Manufacturer to help find a highly experienced and capable Maintenance Manager to lead and mentor a highly capable team in high paced and manufacturing facility. You will be initially responsible for breakdowns and day to day support before being able work on creating preventative plans for the large site.
**About You**
- Experienced Maintenance Manager with Manufacturing experience
- Either Electrical Trade or Mechanical Trade certificate
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree Ideally
- Strong Troubleshooting and Breakdown knowledge
- 5 years minimum Manufacturing Experience
**The Role**
- High-speed continual manufacturing industry
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to help others
- Lead the Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding performance
- Prepare and implement a preventative maintenance plan
- Ensuring adherence to company EH&S policies and procedures
- Direct and coordinate the work of contractors on site to ensure efficient use of time and outcomes on work performed
- Manage the maintenance team and contractors
- A strong focus on safety, quality and preventative maintenance
- Implementing continuous improvement within the maintenance area
