**Clinical Care Manager - Residential Aged Care**
Great opportunity to join a leading non-for-profit 100+ bed nursing home, perfectly located in North Eastern Adelaide.
The management team is supportive, strong finance team, They have a Site Manager, and also support from a Clinical Nurse. The administration team which handles roster, maintenance and sales. Great HR team, facility is at 95%-100% capacity. Well supported by RNs, EENs and PCAs.
I am looking to find a dynamic Registered Nurse with good management skills, who is a Clinical Nurse seeking the next step or a Current Care Manager seeking a supportive company who looks to promote within. They are well connected with a number of facilities in the area. Must have passion and good knowledge of aged care.
**Skills seeking**:
- Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA).and at least 5 years Post Graduate experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Geriatric Nursing and/or Dementia Care, or demonstrated competence in that field.
- Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care Sectors including funding and policy protocols, accreditation and industrial legislation.
- Oversee the Clinical Governance of the facility to proactively improve the quality of resident care within the Aged Care Quality guidelines;
- Comprehensive experience in leading a flexible, multi-skilled team environment and management competence in Organisation Management; Human Resources; Financial Management; Time Management; External Relations and Service Provision.
- Support and mentor the nursing team in the day to day operations of the home.
- High-level competencies in the provision of Nursing Services within an Aged Care environment.

- Supportive team structure - a Director of Nursing and a Clinical Nurse who helps support you with all your clinical support. There’s also an ACFI team, Administration team which handles roster, sales, maintenance and hospitality staff. Along with other RNs there are EENs, PCAs and a fantastic HR Team which handles the recruitment and with complaints and rewards. Facility is at 95-100% capacity.
