Additional information:

- These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, where the spread of hours will be between 6am to 10pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-full day Welcome induction.
- If successful, your shifts will commence from Monday 26 February 2024.

**About this work area**

As a Logistics Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Click & Collect orders.
- Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
- Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy and prepare orders for in-store collection or home delivery.
- Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
- Working cross-functionally within other areas of the business. This role offers opportunities for multi-skilling in different departments such as Sales.
