Hub Buyers

**About the Role**:
As a Hub Buyer, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient procurement services to the organisation. You will work independently and as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raise, manage, and maintain purchase orders for the organisation.
- Maintain profiles on the supplier portal and address queries promptly.
- Update information on the self-service procurement catalogue.
- Generate and present spend analysis reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Implement and maintain risk management practices.

**About You**:

- Strong ability to cooperate with team members, clients, and department staff.
- Proficiency in administrative processes, Microsoft Office Suite, and finance systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet packages.
- Previous experience in data collection and data migration.
- Preferred experience in Local Government or municipal knowledge.
- Experience working with external stakeholders in a busy environment, either face to face or over the phone.
