Working under direction of management, you will bring your government experience to deliver exceptional customer service within a regulatory environment. The department has a strong commitment to data integrity and payroll compliance.

Working under direction of management, you will bring your government experience to deliver exceptional customer service within a regulatory environment. The department has a strong commitment to data integrity and payroll compliance.

**Benefits Include**:

- Enticing remuneration - approx. $50 p/h dependant on experience

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Deliver high-quality customer service to department employees and stakeholders
- Assist in process review and improvement
- EBA and legislative interpretation to provide appropriate advice
- Contribute to departmental priorities as they arise and change
- Provide advice on the use of payroll-related systems
- Escalate any sensitive or complex matters through to management
- 2 years' payroll experience, ideally within a government environment
- Service delivery background and experience
- An ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A positive attitude to team collaboration and fluctuating workloads
