**Store Manager - Womens Fashion and Accessories - South Wharf**

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional shopping experience for our stylish clientele. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of fashion enthusiasts, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Drive sales by analysing market trends, implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, and delivering on key performance indicators.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and personal development among team members.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends, ensuring the store is always ahead of the curve.
- Implement operational processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- A passion for fashion, with an understanding of current trends and styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
