With over 10,000 white goods sold—including fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, TVs, and microwaves—Lucky White Goods has earned a reputation for offering products that are both affordable and sustainable
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily retail operations to maintain exceptional standards of service and store presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated team of retail associates, creating a positive and efficient working environment.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and curate product displays to attract customers.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing trends and implementing strategies that highlight the value of eco-friendly, cost-effective appliances.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with our team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our retail outlets.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Experience with inventory management and sales reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 2 years (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
