**Your opportunity**

The role of the Customer Plan Liaison Manager is to assist operational teams in preparing and submitting NDIS quotes and evidence to Aruma's SIL Analyst Team.

In this role, you will lead a team that is part of the customer onboarding process, reviewing NDIS quotes to maximise funding for customers. This team is responsible for monitoring SIL Value Recommendations and Service Booking amounts and communicating any differences with the Support Services Team. You will provide guidance and processes to Regional Managers and Support Managers to ensure support is reduced or increased based on NDIS budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team responsible for implementing and delivering a national approach to SIL Submissions, ensuring consistency, and providing support to Regional Managers and Support Managers.
- Provide NDIS specialist knowledge and advice to Regional Managers and Support Managers.
- Create and execute a strong procedure to assist customers in re-assessments and reviewing of reviewable decisions, specifically when funding requirements are not met.
- Supervise the handling of significant and unique quotes, as well as assist with the development of business cases for complex cases.
- Implement, monitor, review and update a robust national end to end process for SIL submissions which has corresponding policies and procedures.

**About you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in disability or related sector.
- Demonstrated experience and success in designing and implementing robust and high-quality processes.
- A deep understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the NDIS, Quality & Safeguarding Practice Standards, or other standards.
- Previous experience developing NDIS quotes and/or implementing NDIS plans.
- Understanding of the statutory and regulatory frameworks in which Aruma operates.
- Well-developed computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point; including the capacity to learn new systems.
