**Project Administrator**
Be part of a thriving Development Company LT Corporation PTY LTD. Based in Chelsea Heights Victoria. This dynamic role will help contribute to the growth and development of the business. We develop both Residential and Commercial Buildings and so far, have over 70 Projects completed.

You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
**Key Duties**:
- Oversee proposal planning and administration of programs and projects.
- Review and negotiate variations to contracts and provide recommendations to resolve any issues that occur during project or program implementations.
- Manage daily functions of the project by overseeing teams and managing resources.
- Preparing regular reports on project progress.
- Generate and summarize weekly reports, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and conducting regular database backups.
- Record minutes and action items during key meetings for documentation and follow-up purposes.
- Maintain personnel files and manage employment contracts for new team members.
- Provide assistance with administration and filtering through the tender processes.
- Suggest matters requiring attention and aid the project Managers and leads in preparing program and project deliverables.
- Planning meetings to discuss project progress.
- Keep in touch with suppliers to ensure project has necessary resources.
**Requirements**:
- Qualifications in project management, business administration or a relevant field are required.
- Excellent organisational and digital skills
- An advantage being able to speak Tagalog Philippines but not essential. We are expanding our business and looking for projects to start in this Nation.
- At least 3 years of previous Project Administrative experience.
- Advantage but not necessary. Ability to use an accounting software e.g., Xero MYOB, for processing payroll and business expenses.
- Proficiency in working with CRMs and managing multiple calendars.
- Ability to effectively prioritise daily tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
