**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent service
- Monitor dining areas and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service and guest satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
