Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent service
  • Monitor dining areas and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
