A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Technical Compliance Specialist reporting to the Technical and Compliance Manager where you will join the Field Services, Operations Business Unit.

A bit about your role

As the Technical & Compliance Specialist, you will provide technical expertise and support to nbn field teams to ensure we deliver quality customer experience in the performance of the networks and in service delivery.

This role will be a focal point in supporting nbn field workforces with network upgrades, in depth technical investigations, the resolution of escalations and complaints across the region, working with key stakeholders within Network Management, Tier I,II & III, customer (RSP), and a range of technical support teams ensuring effective, efficient delivery within defined timeframes and ensuring a great customer experience.

A bit about you
